Nowadays with such cutting-edge technology, there are so many great apps for stress management available for our generation to utilize every single day. Whether it be a digital art platform, quick meditation, entertainment, or inspirational app, there’s something out there for everyone. However, there’s nothing out there that effectively sums it all up in one except Promly, which is coming to the app store in early 2022. Until then, take advantage of the apps listed below to just take a moment for yourself and relax!

With so many different stress management apps out there, it can be difficult to find what’s best for you, especially if you don’t want to spend hours looking through the app store to find the perfect fit. Pacifica gives you psychologist-designed tools to address stress, anxiety, and depression based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness meditation, relaxation, and mood/health tracking. Stress, anxiety, and depression are caused by an ongoing cycle of negative thoughts. Thoughts cause physical feelings and emotions which cause actions. Pacifica helps break this cycle using tools that target each of its components. Day-by-day, you'll learn to manage stress, anxiety and depression at your own pace. We’re not about quick-fixes or false promises. We are about real progress, a day at a time.
