At Promly, the safety and well-being of our community is our top priority.
Our app is designed for teens age 13-19 and was created by Gen Z for Gen Z to be a supportive, positive space where people can connect authentically.

Age Protection:
Promly is strictly for users ages 13–19.
We use age recognition AI during sign-up to prevent older users from creating accounts.
Any accounts found to be outside of the approved age range will be removed

Content Moderation
‍1. Allcontent (images, posts, chat) is scanned in real-time. Content that violatesour standards is automatically blocked or removed.
2. When AI detects potential issues, content is flaggedfor our moderation team. Our trained admins review and take action.
3. Every user can report content or profiles that feelunsafe or inappropriate. Reports are reviewed promptly, and action is taken,which may include content removal or account suspension. 

By using Promly, you agree to follow these rules:
1. Treat all users with kindness. No bullying, harassment, or hate speech.
2. No nudity, sexual content, self-harm content, violence, or illegal activity.
3. Do not share personal information that isn’t yours, or use other people’s content without permission.
4. No profanity or discrimination. This includes language or behavior targeting disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, race, or ethnicity.
5. Profiles and content should reflect your true self, not impersonate others.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
